  • Order

Relaxayvoo has developed an e-commerce website under the url (hereby “the Website”). To place an order through the Website you have to give us personal details. Please take time to read and check your order before confirming it.

By placing an order through the Website you confirm that you have read, you understand and agree to our terms and conditions. An online order is processed once payment has been accepted by Relaxayvoo.

Relaxayvoo is only committed to carrying out received orders if stocks allow it.

  • Price and payment

All prices on our website are in Pounds and subject to change without notice. The price applicable to any order is the price indicated on our website at the time of submitting the order.

The price does not include any delivery cost, which will be added to the total amount due. See below for delivery costs.

You must pay the order amount by either Credit Card or PayPal at the time of submitting the order. We do not store credit card details. 

Payments will be made through the secure PayPal or Stripe systems, which use the SSL "Secure Socket Layer" protocol, so that all information is encrypted by software and no third-parties may have access to this information during the processing of your payment for the Products. 

  •  Delivery

Relaxayvoo currently delivers to UK, European and international customers. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Relaxavoo offers the following delivery options:

UK Standard: 3.95 £ Usually 2 - 5 working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Allow up to 8 working days for delivery. Tracking number will be provided on the shipment confirmation email.

International: 8.50£ approximately 5-7 working days. Allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Any fees charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Tracking number will be provided on the shipment confirmation email.

During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.

  • Recipient signature

 For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.

  •  Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please send us a notice of cancellation by email at

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery. This cancellation right only applies if returning the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout.  Beyond this point, we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop your order being dispatched even if you email immediately after placing your order. If your order has already been processed when we receive your notice of cancellation, you will need to return your order following Relaxayvoo returns process.

  • Return policy

We are only able to accept returns and provide refunds for those orders placed on our website

Products purchased from a physical store or from other websites are subject to the returns policies of the store or website from which they were purchased and are not eligible to be returned to us in accordance with these terms.

Relaxayvoo will offer you a refund (excluding delivery fees) on unopened items returned to us within 7 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition.

All costs for returns are charged to the customer unless the reason for the return is that the product is incorrect, misdescribed or faulty (see below)

Simply return the item/s to Relaxayvoo following the steps listed below:

1 - Contact us.

by email at to request a Return Authorization (RA), provide order reference number, contact details, whether you want a refund or a replacement and the reason why you are returning the item. Returns cannot be processed without the RA.

 2 - Return items.  

Send the items you wish to return to us including your RA. Wrap items securely in the same or similar packaging in which you received them.  The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend the customer uses a delivery service that provides a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we cannot accept any returns. Relaxayvoo is not liable for lost returned parcels. 3 - Inspection and refund. 

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods unless they are faulty. We will process your refund as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.  Your refund will be made by the original or agreed payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods.

Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. If your order value after returning your items no longer qualifies for free shipping, delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. Each return is assessed on an individual basis taking customer history into consideration

  • Faulty goods

We recommend you inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or in error, please contact us as soon as possible. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return.  We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You will be asked to return the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging if possible.
